Questions
35 questions about Renew31, answered from the label
35 questions in eight groups, with one search box over all of them. Every answer is read off the Renew31 Supplement Facts panel, the seller’s own material, or a federal source linked at the foot of this page. Nothing inside the 430 mg blend carries an individual figure, so every amount quoted for one of the nine botanicals is a maximum rather than a measurement, and four lines on the panel do not reconcile with the regulations that govern them.

Renew31, from $49 a bottle. 30 gummies at 1 gummy a day, so a bottle is 30 days.
- 60-day money-back guarantee
- Free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottles
- 30 gummies a bottle, 1 gummy a day
What every answer here rests on
Read time under a minute- A gummy, one a day, 30 gummies to a bottle. So a bottle is exactly 30 days and every figure on the panel is also a per-day figure.
- No amount is printed inside the 430 mg blend. Nine botanicals share one weight, and the printed order is the only quantitative thing they carry.
- Six of the ten things declared are federally silent. No federal source this desk opened publishes a dose, a finding or a safety statement for them.
Every question on this page
Group 01
What it is, and what it is not
The gummy, the ten things declared, and the five named on the sales page.
What is Renew31?
A chewable gummy sold as gut and inner-nutrition support. The bottle holds 30 gummies and the directions are one a day, so a bottle is exactly 30 days.
Is Renew31 a probiotic?
It declares one live organism. The panel prints Bacillus coagulans 500 Million CFU, which makes this a supplement carrying a probiotic species rather than a probiotic therapy.
Is Renew31 a drug, a medicine or an anti-ageing treatment?
None of the three. It is a dietary supplement, not a medicine and not a probiotic therapy, and no page on this site says otherwise.
Why does the Renew31 sales page name five ingredients and the bottle ten?
A sales graphic has finite room and a label does not. The five the sales material never mentions are fennel seed, fenugreek, lemon balm leaf, slippery elm bark and dandelion leaf, and all five are on the bottle.
Group 02
The 430 mg blend and the nine names in it
No amount printed inside it, and what follows from that.
What is in the Renew31 proprietary blend?
Nine botanicals under one weight of 430 mg, in this printed order: chicory root inulin, babchi, fennel seed, fenugreek, ginger root, lemon balm leaf, lion's mane, slippery elm bark, dandelion leaf.
How much of each ingredient is in Renew31?
Not published, for all nine. Nothing inside the 430 mg blend carries a figure, so the only statement the label supports about any one of them is a maximum, never an amount.
How much lion’s mane is in Renew31?
Not published. It sits at position 7 of nine, so it cannot exceed 61.5 mg. It is absent from NCCIH, from NIH ODS and from FDA’s ingredient directory.
How much ginger is in Renew31?
Not published. Ginger root extract is at position 5, so at most 86 mg. NCCIH publishes a finding and no dose: “Research shows that ginger may be helpful for nausea and vomiting associated with pregnancy.” NCCIH
Which Renew31 ingredients sit in the bottom half of the blend by weight?
Ginger root and lion's mane, two of the five the sales material leans on, are at positions 5 and 7, capped at 86 mg and 61.5 mg.
Group 03
The four lines that do not reconcile
Calories, the missing fibre line, the sugars and the daggers.
Why does the Renew31 panel print 4 calories?
It is printed, and it is not a value this panel may use. Calories must be “expressed to the nearest 5-calorie increment up to and including 50 calories” 21 CFR 101.9, so the available values below 50 are 0, 5, 10.
Does Renew31 contain dietary fibre?
Not published. No Dietary Fiber line appears, and omitting it is lawful only “except that if a serving contains less than 1 gram, declaration of dietary fiber is not required” 21 CFR 101.9 The absence asserts under a gram and asserts nothing else.
Why do the missing fibre line and the 4 calories contradict each other?
Reaching 4 calories from 2 g of carbohydrate takes about a full gram of non-digestible carbohydrate, and a full gram is not less than a gram. Digestible carbohydrate counts at four calories a gram.
How much sugar is in a Renew31 gummy?
1 g of total sugars, with the added sugars line printed at 0%. 0% of a 50 g Daily Value is under about 0.25g, and the ingredient list names glucose syrup first and sucrose third.
Group 04
The probiotic, and what a CFU count means
One printed amount, counted in cells rather than weighed.
How many CFU are in Renew31?
500 Million CFU a gummy, printed against Bacillus coagulans. In figures, 500,000,000 colony-forming units.
What is a CFU?
A count of living cells. NIH ODS puts it plainly: “The number of viable cells in a probiotic supplement is indicated by the number of colony-forming units (CFU) listed on the label.” NIH ODS
Is 500 Million CFU a lot of CFU?
Nothing published settles that. NIH ODS describes the market rather than a threshold: “Many probiotic supplements contain 1 to 10 billion CFU per dose, but some products contain 50 billion CFU or more.” NIH ODS On that description 500 Million CFU sits below the band by a factor of about 2. The same fact sheet adds: “However, products with higher CFU counts are not necessarily more effective than products with a lower CFU count.” NIH ODS And no federal source publishes any dose for Bacillus coagulans at all, so neither half licenses a verdict.
Why is the Renew31 probiotic given in CFU and not in milligrams?
The weight is not published, and the regulation asks for one: “These amounts shall be expressed using metric measures in appropriate units.” 21 CFR 101.36 FDA declined the 2018 request to let CFU replace weight, and the draft guidance it issued instead is non-binding and offers discretion only where a weight is listed first.

Taking it
The directions, verbatim, and the division behind them.
How do you take Renew31?
The published instruction is: 1 gummy daily with a full glass of water, about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal, or as a clinician directs. It comes from the seller's FAQ rather than from the panel.
How long does one bottle of Renew31 last?
Exactly 30 days. Thirty gummies, one a day, no rounding, which is why a price here can be quoted per day.
How long does Renew31 take to work?
Not published. No timeline is printed and no trial on the finished formula reached this desk. The stock pack supplied a wait of 3 to 6 weeks with nothing behind it.
Group 06
Safety, cautions and medicines
What the three sources with a finding actually say.
Does Renew31 have side effects?
None is printed on the label. Three of the ten things declared carry a published safety note, all from NCCIH. On fenugreek: “Potential side effects of fenugreek include diarrhea, nausea, and other digestive tract symptoms.” NCCIH
Who is most at risk from a probiotic?
NCCIH names the group directly: “The risk of harmful effects from probiotics is greater in people with severe illnesses or compromised immune systems.” NCCIH And on what a label may not match: “Some probiotic products have been reported to contain microorganisms other than those listed on the label.” NCCIH
Can you take Renew31 while pregnant?
Ask your own clinician before ordering. NCCIH publishes one line that belongs in that conversation: “Fenugreek is not safe for use during pregnancy in amounts greater than those found in food” NCCIH
Does Renew31 interact with any medicine?
Not published. No interaction is printed on the label and no federal source this desk opened publishes one for this formula. the cautions page carries what the sources do say.
Is Renew31 FDA approved?
No, and no dietary supplement is. A doctor-formulated mark came with this stock, and a seal is artwork until a certificate is produced.
Group 07
Price, shipping and the 60-day window
What each pack costs, and what is left sealed.
How much does Renew31 cost?
Two bottles is $158 at $79 each, three is $207 at $69 each and six is $294 at $49 each. The order screen carries the figure that binds.
Is shipping free on Renew31?
On three and six bottles, within the United States. Two bottles is charged $9.99. Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives in the order email.
Does Renew31 have a money-back guarantee?
The supplied material states two things and this site publishes both. 60-day window from purchase. And: Sales also asks for at least 30 days of use. Confirm live checkout.
How much of each Renew31 pack falls inside the 60-day window?
Two bottles is 60 days, so the supply and the window close on the same day and no bottle is left sealed. Three bottles leaves one sealed; six leaves four.
How do I get a Renew31 refund?
Call the order desk inside the window with your order ID. Returns go to 40 West 57th Street, Floor 20, New York, NY 10019, USA, and the buyer pays return shipping, and should use a tracked service.

Buying it, the reviews, and this site
The route, the rating position, and the empty byline.
Where can I buy Renew31?
Through the seller’s own checkout, where every order link here goes. The sales page is renew31.com, and only that route reaches the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480.
Is this the official Renew31 website?
No. This is a Renew31 USA retail site: we hold stock, publish what the label and the seller print, and take orders through the seller’s checkout.
Are the Renew31 reviews real?
Nobody can check them, and three things inside them do not hold. The supplied distribution averages 4.30 against a published 4.5, one reviewer buys two bottles and keeps three, and the same reviewer reaches day 61 of a 60-day supply.
Does this site publish a rating for Renew31?
No, and there is none in its code. No score of this site’s own is published and no rating markup is emitted on any page, so no search engine can show stars for Renew31 on the strength of it.
Who reviewed these pages medically?
Nobody, and every page says so in the same place. A physician’s name was supplied with no sign-off, no date and no correspondence, so this site publishes an empty slot instead of a borrowed name.
No question here contains that word. Try CFU, fibre, calories or refund, or clear the box for all 35.
